For those who use a DMR radio and a hotspot connected to US-KCWIDE via the DMR2YSF bridge:
When someone transmits on Fusion using the VW (voice wide) mode, that transmission cannot be passed to DMR. VW mode is a full-bandwidth mode, and is not bridged to a half-bandwidth DMR channel. The Fusion DN mode is half-bandwidth, and bridges to DMR without any problem.
If you’re only hearing one side of a conversation, this is likely the reason.

The YSF reflector US-KCWIDE is now linked to the Kansas City Wide digital Fusion room.
This will allow access to the Kansas City Wide room via Yaesu Digital Fusion radios that do not have access to a Fusion repeater, and to DMR radios via the DMR2YSF abilities of Pi-Star.
Watch for future tutorials on how to configure Pi-Star.
Please note that this link is still in the early stages of implementation, and there may be outages.
The Echolink connection to Kansas City Wide changed. The new link is WØFH-L or node 746258.
Before connecting to Kansas City Wide, we ask that you connect to the conference *ECHOTEST* and adjust your audio for the best quality. We work hard to keep the audio quality high on our digital repeaters.
The Louisburg repeater is currently down. We’re waiting on repair parts.
